How do I join the chicken run?
We’ve made it easy to get started. Shop across the site, adding the items you wish to purchase to your cart. On each product available for auto-delivery, you will be able to set a frequency on each product page. These can be different frequencies across different products in the same cart.
Can I have more than one Auto Delivery frequency?
Absolutely! This is common for our customers to do, as your flock’s supplies are not always going to naturally recur at the same frequency.
To create another Auto Delivery frequency, add the new item to the cart, and select Auto Delivery. Set the frequency you’d like, then checkout.
Your first order for this item will be processed, and another “Delivery Group” created within your Auto Delivery Order Management page.
Am I locked into Auto Delivery?
There’s no sign up or subscription fee, and you can choose to cancel at any time after the initial three month period, at no cost.
Is there a discount applied when I buy my pet supplies through Auto Delivery?
With an Auto-delivery subscription, you can save extra on each recurring order of food, health and other treats – up to 15% off selected products.
Is the price of my items locked in forever on Auto Delivery?
The price you pay per Auto-Delivery will change according to our daily sales. At The Good Life Backyard, we offer you our best price guaranteed, and will never go above RRP. Often there will be a cheaper sale price – we always want to make sure you get the best savings.
Will you always have my products in stock when my order is processed?
Auto Delivery customers get inventory priority – this means our operations and warehouse prioritise stock of our Auto Delivery orders over once-off orders.
In the event that item(s) aren’t available when your order is processed, we will send you the stock that is available as per usual. For the item(s) which are not available when your order is created, we will work hard with our suppliers to get this to you as quickly as possible.
If you don’t mind a short delay, we will continue to work to secure your stock and send them to you as soon as possible. If we are unable to secure them after 7 days, we will notify you to provide a refund.
