Members can also submit general chicken-keeping questions. Selected questions will be answered through written posts or prerecorded videos published in the private group.

- Complete your purchase and create or use your TGLB customer account.
- Look for your welcome email and membership information.
- Follow the link in your welcome email to request access to the private TGLB Flock Club Facebook group.
- Answer the Facebook group membership questions so we can match your request with an active subscription.
- Once approved, access the private group’s posts, videos, discussions and members-only announcements.
- Receive your monthly chicken-care guide and downloadable resource by email.
- Use your member discount on eligible TGLB products while your membership remains active.

Facebook group access is available only to the person named on the active TGLB Flock Club membership. Membership access cannot be transferred or shared.

Membership Renewals and Cancellation
Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically using the payment method selected at checkout.
You may cancel future renewals through your TGLB account or by contacting The Good Life Backyard.
Cancellation stops future renewal payments but does not retrospectively refund membership periods that have already commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Your member discount, Facebook group access and other benefits will end when your paid membership period expires.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the membership price charged automatically?
Yes. Monthly memberships renew each month, and annual memberships renew each year until cancelled.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel future renewals. Your benefits will remain available until the end of the membership period you have already paid for.
What happens if I cancel and rejoin later?
You can rejoin if memberships are available, but your original founding-member price will no longer be guaranteed. The current membership price will apply.
Do I need a Facebook account?
Yes. A personal Facebook account is required to access the private TGLB Flock Club Facebook group.
The monthly guides and downloadable resources will also be sent by email, but the group discussions, additional posts and prerecorded answers will be available through Facebook.
Are there scheduled live sessions?
No. There are no scheduled live sessions.
Written posts, guides, downloads and prerecorded videos will be published so members can access them whenever it suits them.
How are member questions answered?
Members may submit general chicken-keeping questions through the designated form or private Facebook group.
Selected questions will be answered through written posts or prerecorded videos published in the group. This is not a private consultation, and we cannot guarantee an individual answer to every question.
Can I send private messages for advice?
Private one-to-one chicken advice is not included in the Flock Club membership.
Questions should be submitted through the designated member question form or relevant Facebook group posts. Personalised flock plans or private consultations may be offered separately.
Is the Facebook group monitored continuously?
No. The group will be checked regularly, but it will not be monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent chicken-health concerns.
If your chicken appears seriously unwell, injured or distressed, please contact an appropriately qualified veterinarian.
Can you diagnose my sick chicken?
No. The Flock Club provides general educational information and practical chicken-keeping guidance. It cannot diagnose illness or replace advice from a veterinarian.
Will every submitted question be answered?
No. We will select questions that are suitable for answering in the private Facebook group and helpful to the wider membership.
How will I receive my monthly resources?
Your monthly chicken-care guide and downloadable resource will be sent to the email address connected to your membership.
Additional tips, question posts, prerecorded answers, product news and members-only offers will be published in the private Facebook group.
Which products receive the member discount?
The discount applies to selected TGLB-branded blends, herbs and treats. Product exclusions apply, and eligible products may change.
Can the member discount be combined with another offer?
No. The member discount cannot normally be combined with another discount code, sale price or already-discounted bundle.
Can I share the guides and downloads?
Membership resources are provided for your personal and household use. Please do not reproduce, resell, upload or distribute them publicly.
Can another family member join the Facebook group using my membership?
Each membership provides private Facebook group access for one person. Membership and group access cannot be transferred or shared.
What happens to my Facebook group access if I cancel?
You will retain access until the end of your paid membership period. Once that period expires, your access to the private Facebook group and other membership benefits will end.
Is the annual membership cheaper?
Yes. The annual membership is $69, saving $14.88 compared with twelve monthly payments of $6.99.
